Returns
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and our status as a small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through HBAS.Shop.
Once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged except as required by applicable law.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We reserve the right to investigate all claims and determine, in our sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or other resolution is appropriate.

Custom Orders & Special-Order Items
Custom orders, made-to-order products, personalized products, special-order products, and products ordered specifically at a customer's request are final sale.
Once a custom or special-order item has been purchased, production has begun, or the order has been submitted to a supplier, the order cannot be canceled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Deposits and payments made toward custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Product Suitability and Installation
Customers are solely responsible for verifying product compatibility, specifications, sizing, fitment, installation requirements, and intended use before purchasing.

Order Accuracy

Orders placed with incorrect information may not be eligible for modification, cancellation, replacement, or refund.
Shipping
HBAS.Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, labor disruptions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, any lost, stolen, or missing package claims must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier. We will reasonably assist customers when possible but cannot guarantee carrier reimbursement.
Refunds
Because all sales are final, refunds are generally not issued.
If we determine that a product arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, we may, at our sole discretion:

Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.
