SHIPPING POLICY

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, which includes shipping your items accurately and on time! Please review our shipping policy below for information on our fulfillment services:

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Most of our products are custom orders, this means that all orders are processed within the day the order has been placed up to 15 business days. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will start processing on Monday. Depending on designs some orders may ship quicker than others.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships that contains the tracking information for your items. You will also receive a confirmation email when your items have been delivered.

DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS

If you receive items that are damaged during shipment, or if you receive items that are not what you ordered, please let us know within 3 business days of delivery and we will make it right. After 3 days have passed from the delivery date, we cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

At this time, we can only ship to the 50 United States and territories. We do not ship to Mexico, parts of Europe, Asia or Central / South America.

We ship to Australia, Canada, Spain & United Kingdom.

CUSTOM, DUTIES AND TAXES

Hot Body Auto Spa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
